Customer Comments
To date, the majority of Make It Rite Mirror sales have been to assist patients who require facedown positioning to recover their eyesight following vitrectomy eye surgery to repair either their retina whether a detachment or a macula hole. Others who have enjoyed the value of the Make It Rite Mirror include teachers for their grade schoolers, hospitals, doctors offices, etc.
The most common comment that we hear from the many patients who have expressed their appreciation for the assistance recovering their eyesight is that the Rite Time® Face Down Vitrectomy Recovery System was a "god-send." Often the patients have commented that they don't know what they would have done without the System. It was worth whatever price Rite Time would have charged and more.
Often patients have extolled the Rite Time Make It Rite Mirror and what a difference it made in their successfully maintaining the prescribed face down positioning to regain their eyesight.
Patients also typically comment about how they appreciate the mobility they enjoyed, and most importantly they appreciate they did maintain their positioning and regained their eyesight, whether from vitrectomy surgery to repair a macular hole or a detached retina.

Sue's perspective as a Home Health Care Nurse, a healthcare professional, and personally as a vitrectomy recovery patient is refreshing and encouraging. While we receive other positive verbal and written comments, we knew that you would particularly benefit and appreciate reading Sue's comments (shared with permission):

Dear Al and Sandra,
I have been a nurse for 39 years. In March of this year, I had to have a vitrectomy for a macular hole, up to that time, I’d never heard of a macular hole.
After seeing a specialist, I searched the internet and found your web site. My husband and I discussed purchasing your Rite Time Recovery System, and felt it would be necessary to help achieve the best outcome possible.
Prior to surgery, the vision in my (right) eye was 20/200. They had hoped to recover my eyesight at 20/70. The first check up, the day following surgery showed recovery at 20/100 vision. Six weeks later it was at 20/80, and now at 3 ½ months later, it is at 20/30. I was so happy, I was crying in the Doctor’s office and danced down the hallway to the elevator.
I told my doctor I couldn’t have done as well as I did without the help of your recovery system.
As suggested, I took the mirror in to the pre-op area. All the nurses were fascinated. They kept coming into my area to check it out. The first time I saw my doctor following surgery, he wasn’t so interested in the systems, especially when he heard the price. But, I persisted, and on the second visit, he was more open to hearing what I had to say. He made a copy of your brochure to put in his waiting room for other patient’s to see.
We pulled the day bed into our living room, and using the Face Down System, it pretty much became my bedroom for the next 9 days. I could eat, read, watch TV, “SEE” who I was talking to, take walks outside and even sit on my deck and still be able to watch the wildlife in our backyard. I was able to take the pressure off my neck and shoulders by being able to lay down.
I KNOW that, without my excellent surgeon, my awesome husband, and your products, and of course with a little help from the Lord, I wouldn’t have been able to maintain the head down position as effectively as I did, for the 9 long days that my surgeon had suggested.
In closing, saying “THANK YOU” can not begin to relay my gratitude. For awhile, I thought my nursing career and my driving were in great jeopardy. You see, I’m a Home Health Nurse. My sincerest thanks to you and your company. You can be assured that I am, and will continue to tell everyone I know about your company.
Forever Grateful,
Sue K., Louisville, Kentucky, USA
PS I sent these pictures [not included on website] to my son in Iraq, so he wouldn't worry about his Mom and so he could see what we were talking about!”
